Para instalar o XML::RSS eu preciso do XML_Parser
falta o expat.h entao instalei o  expat-devel

Agora perciso instalar  GD
erro apresentado pelo  make manual

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lXpm

o erro apresentado pelo make fixdeps
